Plagwitzer Höfe | Leipzig

In the Plagwitz area of Leipzig, three kilometres west of the city centre, six interconnected industrial areas will become home to modern and sustainable new buildings. A process of development and renovation will create residential and commercial spaces as well as centres for art and culture. Our current projects are overseeing the development of 70 apartments for private sale and around 150 rental units. Some of these involve the use of prefabricated construction and will stand alongside a new hotel and short-term accommodation complex.
