Following the acquisition of the majority of shares in L-KONZEPT Holding AG, Leipzig, which are traded on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN: A0N3EU, ISIN: DE000A0N3EU3, ticker symbol: LKB) by Trimax Germany GmbH at the beginning of the year, a major milestone in the further expansion of the company now follows – a capital increase with the transfer of real estate projects worth EUR 50 million by the Gröner Group.

The nationwide company Gröner Group, which specialises in digital sustainable construction, today presented its first comprehensive sustainability report for the calendar and financial year 2022.

The nationwide company Gröner Group AG, which specializes in digitalized sustainable building, presented its future orientation and its response to the key challenges of real estate development in Berlin on Thursday evening. Under the term “ecobuilding”, the parent company of real estate developer CG Elementum will summarize its products in the future. At its core, ecobuilding stands for a new way of building and a new kind of buildings and neighborhoods.

The management board of the nationwide operating real estate developer CG Elementum AG as well as the management of the parent company Gröner Group GmbH have decided to compensate for the recent significant increase in the cost of living of the employees. The inflation compensation was initiated by the founder of the group, Christoph Gröner.

The Berlin-based Gröner Group is strengthening its management team with Ronald Pofalla as of May 1, 2022. Mr. Pofalla was appointed Managing Director by the company’s shareholders.

The former Minister President of Baden-Württemberg and EU Commissioner Günther H. Oettinger will strengthen the advisory board of the Berlin-based Gröner Group in the future. He will join the board as a new member on May 1, 2022.

Gröner Group has terminated its cooperation with Gerhard Schröder. Mr. Schröder’s mandates by Russian companies and companies affiliated with the Russian state, whose business activities contribute extensively to the financing of the Russian state and its military actions, stand in the way of further cooperation with Mr. Schröder.

Berlin-based Gröner Group GmbH is adding to its management team: Lars Schnidrig (49) will become managing director (CFO) of the nationwide real estate developer effective March 15, 2022.

140 years ago, the Bleichert Werke in Gohlis was founded as the first and largest wire rope factory in the world. After an eventful history, the huge industrial ruin lay fallow for decades.

This includes a project on Freischützstrasse in the Munich district of Johanneskirchen, a property in Karlsfeld on the north-western outskirts of Munich and a site on Kleine Eiswerderstrasse in Berlin-Spandau.
