Mockauer Straße | Leipzig

7–9 Mockauer Strasse is centrally located to the north-east of Leipzig city centre. As the site contains some older buildings, the project will focus on future infill structures. The aim is to meet the demand for housing and commercial space in a fast-growing city. The project is still in the planning stages and can therefore be easily adapted to suit changing market conditions.
