Decades after work came to a halt, the industrial wasteland that was once the old Postbahnhof station is being returned to new use. The world’s largest railway postal facility of its time, it will now see the creation of flexible commercial spaces designed to the latest standards in comfort and work environment, all in high quality and with premium fittings. We’re building on sustainability here too: Over 5,800 m² of photovoltaic area, over 200 geothermal boreholes and KfW 55 are targeted to become one of the first climate-neutral neighborhoods in Leipzig.
