Hofgarten Karree | Karlsruhe

Quiet, and yet still close to the city centre, the Hofgarten Karree premium residential quarter is being developed in the northern part of Karlsruhe on the site of a former artillery barracks. This will result in a balanced mix of modern new buildings and listed heritage structures. 167 residential units are planned in a variety of designs – from townhouses, apartments, studios, maisonettes and loft living through to living spaces specially designed for families and older residents.
