Varied quarter on the outskirts of Munich

Karlsfeld lies in the north-west outskirts of Munich and is one of the city’s most popular residential suburbs. Nibelungenstrasse is the location for the creation of a varied city quarter, including five sites under our development: Site 1 will encompass office, retail and commercial spaces as well as private apartments, while Site 2 will offer subsidised residential units, offices and retail space. Site 3 will primarily feature private apartments in a range of sizes. The elongated Site 4 will bring together our smart “Office, Storage, Production” mixed-use concept, while Site 5 will be home to catering spaces with commercial and office spaces above.
