Chronicle | Erfurt
Living in Erfurt’s former publishing house: a place for new stories
Built in 1967 and for 25 years the home of the Thüringer Allgemeine (TA) newspaper, the former TA high-rise is now being revitalised by CG Elementum for the new “Erfurt Chronicle” building. Right in the heart of the city centre, private sale apartments with 1.5 to 3 rooms are being created across a total area of around 6,600 m². This is where future occupants will write their own new stories as well as those of the Chronicle in an environment steeped in stunning architecture – on the top floors they can also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the historic city centre and cathedral.
