The vacant building is to be converted from commercial to residential use. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation, the building will be converted into an attractive residential complex that will only house privately financed flats. The planning pursues a future-orientated and sustainable approach that guarantees the highest quality of living and long-term value retention. There are 74 residential units, including 2-room flats and spacious 3- to 5-room flats, designed to meet the needs of different households. Each flat is equipped with a balcony, loggia or terrace, guaranteeing the highest quality of living. The building’s inner courtyard is home to a green area with playgrounds that can be shared by the residents. These amenities help to create a lively and family-friendly atmosphere in the residential complex. State-of-the-art lifts provide access to all floors of the building and allow direct access to the underground car park.
