From industrial wasteland to housing on the Strunde River

We are transforming the industrial wasteland around the former Wachendorf paper mill in Bergisch-Gladbach into the new "An der Strunde" quarter. For this purpose, we at the Gröner Group, together with our internal project developer CG Elementum, are revitalizing the area sustainably on the basis of the latest standards.
