Construction progress in the Hofgarten Karree

Construction work on our Hofgarten Karree project in Karlsruhe is progressing steadily. Completion of the entire ensemble, consisting of three new buildings and six core-renovated listed existing buildings, is expected in about a year.

The work is on schedule. Remisen I and II are undergoing core renovation; renovation of the remaining existing buildings will begin this spring.

The first apartments are already being occupied. The residential units in the two new buildings “Manege” and “Solitär” were recently handed over to the residents. In the case of the third new building, the “Zeughaus”, the first owners are expected to move in within three months.

Already two thirds of the residential units sold

The units in the new buildings have already been let, while sales of the listed former stables, “Remisen I to IV”, “Arsenal” and “Alte Schmiede” will start shortly or are in progress. Currently, 66 percent of all planned apartments have been sold or reserved.
